1973 POSTAGE DUE STAMPS
USED ON COMMERCIAL MAIL

Cover mailed from Germany, October 20, 1975, franked with a pair of
German Federal Republic - Berlin stamps to St Pierre & Miquelon.
The cover was short paid and was levied a total of 1 franc for the
shortage when it arrived in St. Pierre & Miquelon.

The 0,30 postage due stamp was applied to this cover when the
envelope was returned from Paris to St. Pierre & Miquelon as
a means to collect the extra postage that was due on the envelope.
