ENGLAND - SCOTTISH LOCALS

There are a number of different Scottish islands all claiming to be
legitimate stamp issuing entities.  None of the stamps issued by
these groups are valid for postage.  Included in this group are the
Bernera Islands, Staffa, and Eynhollow.

The Isle of Man and Jersey Islands are internally self-governing 
dependent territories.  The Island of Jersey is part of the Channel Islands.
